The HOA Case Study

The final look of HOA

The HOA application is a neighborhood community app that lets residents quickly pay dues directly from the login screen, making contributions fast and convenient to support local services and projects. It provides separate admin and resident logins to ensure appropriate access and streamlined management—residents can complete payments and view community notices, while admins can manage accounts, track payments, and publish updates. Designed for ease of use and security, the app simplifies neighborhood financial participation and communication for everyone involved.

HOA wireframes show a clear, functional layout. Home has a top header with community name and profile icon, and a bottom bar for Feed, Events, Messages, Alerts. Feed uses cards with images for guidelines, an agreement, short text, payment methods, plus a events page . Events and Alerts are lists with date/time, location, and quick actions. Spacing, hierarchy, and tappable sizes are prioritized for usability and scalability. during the first stages of design

Payment Flow

the payment flow is accessed before logging in and after the goal is to have easy access for paying neighborhood dues

Making payment Methods Easier

My team and i have also implemented multiple types of payment methods, this is so that if a specific payment method is not available the user has other options to pay
